You’ve undoubtedly heard this phrase before in one context or another.
I want to talk about it in the context of self-improvement.
Inner War Strength is all about self-development. Of course, physical strength is crucial to this ideal and we believe every individual has a responsibility to themselves to pursue strength as a goal.
But one thing we’ve learned from training isn’t just that it’s hard to get strong, but that it takes time.
No single workout will make you strong.
No single exercise will make you strong.
Every single step on the long path counts.
Occasionally you might get injured, pull a hamstring or tweak your shoulder…
That’s life. You have to train around it.
Get up, dust yourself off and keep going.
A lot of the time, we might be in a rush to get where we think we need to be and forget about enjoying the process.
Take every step with determination, knowing that as long as you keep going, you’ll get there eventually—no matter what life throws at you.
Sow the seeds of success now and you'll reap the rewards later.
