Returns & Exchanges
Refunds are only offered for wrong or faulty items. If you received a wrong or faulty item, please contact our support team at email@example.com with photos of the wrong or faulty items and we’ll sort that out for you.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you’re welcome to return it to us within 30 days after the delivery date.
All items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging undamaged, with hang tags and/or stickers intact.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned items.
Please note that a restocking fee of €8.00 is deducted from all refunds. The customer will cover the costs of any damaged items during shipping, or in the case that a package is lost.
