We ship worldwide

To ensure we send your products as fast as possible, we route your orders to our fulfillment centers across the United States and EU depending on your shipping address and product availability where we can fulfill and ship them in the quickest way possible.

We partner with USPS, Fed Ex, or other shipping carriers to fulfill orders within the USA, and DHL or other carriers for international orders (worldwide) to give you the best shipping experience possible.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated according to the products in your order. Shipping fees are shown in the table below. Please note: Fees shown below are subject to change without notice.

Estimated shipping times

All items are fulfilled from our warehouses across the USA and EU, depending on your shipping address and product availability, as soon as we receive your order.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

USA: 3 – 7 business days
Canada: 6 – 12 business days
EU: 3 – 7 business days
Worldwide: 10 – 20 business days

Please note: Shipping times shown above are merely estimates and may be differ per country. All estimated shipping times do not include fulfillment time which may take between 2–7 days depending on your order.

Tracking

Please allow 2–7 days for us to fulfill your order. Once fulfilled, we will send you the tracking information via email so you can track your order.

Please note: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure they get to you as soon as possible. In this case, you will be given individual tracking numbers for each item. Some of our products can only be fulfilled in USA as some products are made in the USA.

Also, plus sizes (3XL, 4XL, 5XL) are all stocked on demand, so may take longer to fulfill and deliver.

Customs fees

Additional customs and tax fee may apply on international orders. This fee is assessed by your local customs office and we are not responsible for any additional customs fees you may incur. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the customer as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions defined on this website.

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Order never arrived

Please note that deliveries can take between 14–21 days, if you still haven’t received your delivery, please check your delivery confirmation email and ensure the delivery address is correct. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you a replacement order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, check with your local post office if they’re holding your package and be sure to check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
